| Tom joined JCPenney as Executive Vice President,
Chief Information Officer in October of 2006. Previous to JCP,
Tom held various positions at Frito-Lay, Inc, including VP of
Information Systems and Chief Information Officer. He was also a
partner with The Feld Group before serving as Sr. Vice President &
Chief Information Officer at Southwest Airlines, his most recent position before JCP.
Tom has a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University and a M.B.A. in Marketing
from the University of Dallas.
